Sinath’s remarkable journey began in 1981, when her family fled the brutality of the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia. As a young girl, she escaped the horrors of the Killing Fields and embraced the promise of freedom and opportunity in the United States. Settling in Maine, Sinath grew up with a deep appreciation for the chance to build a better life, ultimately earning her B.A. from the University of Maine at Presque Isle in 1993.

Sinath launched her career in the banking and financial services industry, where she excelled in a variety of roles over 15 years. Recognized multiple times with Service Excellence Awards and Outstanding Sales Performance accolades, Sinath’s dedication to exceptional service and results made her a standout professional in her field.

In 2005, Sinath met her husband, and in 2007, they welcomed a daughter with special needs.  In order to dedicate herself fully to her daughter’s care, Sinath made the decision to step away from her career for nearly 15 years. During this time, she gained invaluable life experiences, learning resilience, patience, and compassion — lessons that continue to inspire her today.

In 2022, Sinath returned to the workforce as a Mortgage Loan Originator, eager to reenter the industry she had once thrived in. After initially joining Loan Factory, Sinath explored other opportunities, only to realize that Loan Factory’s cutting-edge technology, competitive mortgage rates, and efficient, fast services were the perfect fit for her clients. She now proudly works with them to provide fast, low-cost loans and exceptional service.

Sinath’s passion for helping others is not limited to her career. Outside of work, she volunteers at a local recreational center, assisting special needs children through therapeutic activities. She is also pursuing an interest in homesteading and self-reliance, inspired by her love of nature and desire for sustainable living.
